If you subscribe to the Pro plan and decide within 14 calendar days that the platform does not meet your business needs, contact us for a full refund of your first billing cycle.
Ongoing Monthly Subscriptions: After the initial 14-day window, recurring monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for previously elapsed billing periods. You may cancel anytime to prevent renewal on future months.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans provide substantial discounts. In the event of an early cancellation, unused full calendar months may be eligible for a pro-rated refund minus any promotional discounts applied at checkout.
Because software licenses, serial numbers, and activation keys are intangible digital goods that are delivered instantly:
We guarantee that every product key fulfilled via Digital Flow is unique and has never been assigned to another user in our platform database.
If a serial key fails vendor activation due to an invalid batch code, region mismatch, or expiration, the merchant must provide a working replacement key or full refund within 48 hours of notification.
To claim a replacement for a defective key, customers must provide a screenshot or proof of the vendor activation error message within 14 days of purchase.

We strongly encourage customers and merchants to contact our support desk before initiating a credit card chargeback or bank dispute. Most issues—including unrecognized charges, duplicate checkouts, or email typos—can be resolved within minutes.
Filing fraudulent chargebacks (such as keeping and using a verified software license while claiming non-receipt) violates our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent blacklisting and revocation of active license keys.
